Bliss and Beyond is SO lucky to have Susan in their team. My Mum and I came into the shop yesterday and she was just so lovely, friendly and helpful without being pushy or uncomfortable. She noticed what styles we liked and recommended things to both of us based off of that. I found a pair of pants that I LOVED but they didn't have my size. Later Susan was checking the model out front and realised it was my size - so she called me and went above and beyond to get them posted out to me because I live 2 hours away, so that I could have them! It felt like true, genuine customer service that cares about their customers. Thank you Susan, we will definitely be returning here whenever we are back. x
