Refund policy

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN:

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED VIA YOUR ACCOUNT

GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Once in your account, you will need to:

  1. Sign In to your account using your email address or through Shop
  2. Select the Order that you wish to create the return for
  3. Select "request return" on the right hand side
  4. Select a reason from the drop-down menu
  5. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please put this in the notes section under the "reason" drop down menu
  6. Select "Request Return" on the right hand side

Once we have reviewed your request, we will approve or decline, at which time you will receive an email outlining the next steps.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY

At Bliss & Beyond we aim to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases.  We have attempted to make our return/exchange system very simple. To ensure a high level of quality in products being dispatched, all garments are inspected prior to being sent.  Bliss & Beyond offers free return shipping to you for exchanged items within Australia. You'll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us.

Refunds

If you are not completely happy with any full priced Bliss & Beyond purchase, we will happily exchange the item if it is returned within 30 business days of receipt.  Your item can be retuned to us via post to:

or taken into our Burleigh Heads store in person. 

If you are not wanting to exchange the item, we do offer a Store Credit, or full refund provided the item is full priced, not a SALE, discounted or clearance item.

Please note that all SALE purchases are final. There is no exchange or return on DISCOUNTED or SALE items.

All returned item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with any original labels and swing tags attached to the garment.  Any garment returned with the smell of washing powder, deodorant, perfume, cosmetics or other odours will not be accepted.  

If a returned item is inspected and deemed to not be in original condition, it will be returned to the sender at the senders cost.

Bliss & Beyond can unfortunately not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the shipping process.  We recommend that any items returned are done so with tracking for your own peace of mind.  Please note that return shipping to us is at your expense and no credits will be issued for shipping costs.

 Faulty 

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, we will either repair, replace or refund depending on the severity of the fault. Faulty return postage costs will be covered by Bliss & Beyond.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as swimwear, underwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products and sun cream).
