ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED VIA YOUR ACCOUNT
Once in your account, you will need to:
- Sign In to your account using your email address or through Shop
- Select the Order that you wish to create the return for
- Select "request return" on the right hand side
- Select a reason from the drop-down menu
- If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please put this in the notes section under the "reason" drop down menu
- Select "Request Return" on the right hand side
Once we have reviewed your request, we will approve or decline, at which time you will receive an email outlining the next steps.
RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
We hope you love your order, but in the case that something isn't quite right, please don't worry, you can return it subject to the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it
- the item must be returned in the same state it was received; unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with any tags that were originally attached on it
YOU ARE ABLE TO RETURN FOR A STORE CREDIT OR REFUND AS PER THE PARAMETERS BELOW
- You can return any FULL PRICED item for a store credit. Return shipping to us is your responsibility
- You can return any FULL PRICED item for an exchange to another item. Return shipping to us is your responsibility. Shipping of the exchanged item to you is our responsibility. Please note that only one exchange is eligible for the shipping on us.
- You can return any FULL PRICED item for a refund for change of mind.
- Any SALE/REDUCED/DISCOUNTED item is not eligible for a return. All sales on these items are final.
