Had a lovely experience for my first time shopping in Bliss & Beyond. Was recommended by a friend to check the store out and I was not disappointed. Walking out with 2 new outfits thanks to the service, support and kindness by Susan assisting me. Being on the bigger side I can feel very shy but Susan was lovely and I felt no judgement what so ever. Thank you for your help and kindness Susan ♥️

Bliss and Beyond is SO lucky to have Susan in their team. My Mum and I came into the shop yesterday and she was just so lovely, friendly and helpful without being pushy or uncomfortable. She noticed what styles we liked and recommended things to both of us based off of that. I found a pair of pants that I LOVED but they didn't have my size. Later Susan was checking the model out front and realised it was my size - so she called me and went above and beyond to get them posted out to me because I live 2 hours away, so that I could have them! It felt like true, genuine customer service that cares about their customers. Thank you Susan, we will definitely be returning here whenever we are back. x

I went today with my parents , my mother was looking for clothings suitable for the weather here in the Goldcoast Susan who served us today was extremely helpful, she was great in assistanting my mother in choosing something suitable and very kind with providing information about local places around the Gold Coast to help my parents to settle here .
