She noticed what styles we liked and recommended things to both of us based off of that. I found a pair of pants that I LOVED but they didn't have my size. Later Susan was checking the model out front and realised it was my size - so she called me and went above and beyond to get them posted out to me because I live 2 hours away, so that I could have them!
